I build a complete set of bagpipes from sticks-only components, live and unedited. Starting from an R.G. Hardie Poly PH01 stocks-only kit, I install a Bannatyne hybrid bag, Dry Flow moisture control, Easy Drone reeds, an Infinity Chanter, and every accessory, narrating every decision along the way.
Every step doubles as a lesson in why the setup works the way it does. Grommet installation, chanter stock clamping, zipper lubrication, blowpipe hemping, drone reed threading, and reed easing techniques are all explained from first principles, not just demonstrated.
