Trap Dry is a small insert that slices into your existing tube water trap. It doesn't filter the air like a canister system does — air passes straight through — but it's designed to physically block liquid water from traveling all the way down the tube.
The basic model works with any bag, even one without a zipper, because it's permanent and has no parts to dry out. You slice your existing tube, slip the Trap Dry in, and it stays there — no rocks, no desiccant, no chamois cloth to remove.
The deluxe model adds a chamois bottle, which does need a zipper bag so you can access and dry it out. I tested it with actual water and could see it catching a real amount of liquid, though I'm still not entirely sure how much extra benefit it adds once you're already using a bottle.
