Warm up your hands and wrists with simple stretches

Try some simple stretches to get your hands warmed up and ready to pipe. Stretching improves flexibility and gets the muscles and tendons and ligaments lubricated and increases blood flow. This brief video focuses on the hands, wrists, and forearms — all very important to piping! Here's a great video from YouTube.
