Try some simple stretches to get your hands warmed up and ready to pipe. Stretching improves flexibility and gets the muscles and tendons and ligaments lubricated and increases blood flow. This brief video focuses on the hands, wrists, and forearms — all very important to piping! Here's a great video from YouTube. Do you have other stretches or exercises you like to do before or after piping? Share your ideas, comments, and questions below! Find something great on the Internet?
