Self-recording

Mar 05, 2011
Competing & Performing,Tunes

Today's focus: Make recordings of your three tunes. As we discussed yesterday, one of key's to deliberate practice is careful analysis of your current skills so that you can identify the next steps for improvement. One of the best ways to get an honest listen to your playing is by self-recording. Set aside at least an hour of uninterrupted time to accomplish all of today's objectives. You might ask for support from your family members, so that you can get your recordings completed efficiently without external distractions.
