Dividing practice time

Anybody have advice on the best way to divide time for practice?  During the week I generally only have time during my lunch break (about 30 minutes on the practice chanter).  Weekends can give a bit more time and there's band practice once a week. I want to keep it focused, but also work out the best way to establish goals.  In particular improving technique (fingering, timing), learning tunes and and maintaing the band repetoire. Should it be a day by day focus (i.e. Monday - fingering, Tuesday - practice new tune(s), etc.)? Thanks for the help! Brian
