Good Monday Morning! It's the start of the week, and it's also Back to School month for many of us, so I thought it would be great to start this week with the ultimate Power Workout. We've built a pretty nice collection of exercises in the Power Series. Today's assignment is to do them all in one sitting. A few tips: Keep your fingers relaxed. Tap your foot to keep a steady beat. If you get lost, or lose control of your fingers, slow down. If your hands get tight, take a short break (10 seconds). Do the best you can, and don't worry about being perfect. Enjoy!
