I've tested about every stand alone tuner and tuning app I can get my hands on and I'm been really impressed with Cleartune — an easy to use tuner for iPhone, iPod Touch and Android. There are many different tuner apps available but Cleartune is the only one I've found that lets you program in the unique bagpipe scale so you can accurately and easily tune your pipe chanter.
