When you first pick up your chanter or pipes, it can take a few minutes to get the hands warmed up and working. A while back we looked at some simple stretches for your hands, today's video is a quick 2 minute routine to get your hands warmed up and ready to play. This quick routine can be used before practicing or performing. Originally geared towards massage practitioners, it works perfectly for piper's hands, too! What do you think? Does it work for you?
