Today, let's meet our third Featured Piper of the Day: Reed Lancaster of Seattle, USA. Reed has been piping for over 5 years, he's a multi-instrumentalist, martial artist, and a police detective. Great performance, Reed! As a part of our Featured Piper of the Day series, I asked Reed to share a bit about himself and his piping background.  We all have our own unique story as to how we came to find the pipes. Reed writes: I was born in Miami, Florida in 1958. My mum was a frustrated fine artist, and my da’ was a career fireman.  I have Acadian French heritage on my mum’s side, and Lancastrian English from my da’. I had a keen interest in the arts, and music at an early age. My gran’mum owned a piano, and I was fascinated by it.
