Following the past week of posts about self-recording with video, today we have out second Featured Piper of the Day: Bill Urquhart of Ketchikan, Alaska, USA. In January, Bill entered the first BagpipeLessons.com Online Competition and placed first in both of his events at the Grade 4 level.  In the second Online Piping Competition for Spring 2011, Bill entered the Grade 3 events and won the overall for Grade 3 with a first place in the March, Strathspey & Reel and second in the Piobaireachd.  Bill's videos for the Spring competition are posted here, and Bill has been kind enough to share his judges comments sheets with us, too!   Here is his winning MSR video: You can read his MSR comment sheet  from the judge here.
