Following the past week of posts about self-recording with video, today we have out second Featured Piper of the Day: Bill Urquhart of Ketchikan, Alaska, USA. In January, Bill entered the first BagpipeLessons.com Online Competition and placed first in both of his events at the Grade 4 level. In the second Online Piping Competition for Spring 2011, Bill entered the Grade 3 events and won the overall for Grade 3 with a first place in the March, Strathspey & Reel and second in the Piobaireachd.
