Here's a detailed look at the new Trap Dri water trap design made in Scotland by Alan Forbes. The Trap Dri system is a small device that fits inside a tube water trap and is designed to increase the amount to water trapped by the tube. It comes in two varieties: 1. a complete system: tube, Trap Dri device, bottle with shammy 2. the Trap Dri device alone, which can be added to an existing tube trap The device is designed to catch water that otherwise would be blow out the back of the tube  When I asked how the device works, Forbes wrote: AF: The device captures and retains moisture preventing it running along the tube and out.
