I'm finally back from my last trip of the year to Scotland to compete at the Highland Games. Below are a few videos from the Birnam Highland Games. I go to Birnam almost every year, and I've some good success there over the years. Just like last year, I posted videos from my events here on the Studio. Below are three videos and you get a nice feel for the authentic, relaxed atmosphere of a local, Scottish Highland Games — piping, dancing, athletic events, track and field, bicycling, lots of locals and a plenty of tourists. Here I'm playing my current set up which is my nickel mounted set of 2012 Atherton Premier drones and a Peter Henderson Blackwood chanter. I think the video gives a good sense of the overall feel and blend of my pipe sound.
